VeriSilicon's Foundation IP delivers comprehensive portfolios and advanced solution for complex SoC designs. It includes Foundry Libraries as well as license based Foundation IPs covering various foundries and wide technology nodes.

Foundry library (V. Libs)

VeriSilicon offers Foundry Libraries including standard cell, memory compiler and IO. The libraries are optimized with competitive PPA (Power/Performance/Area) and proven silicon. There are more than 2000 times downloads worldwide with many production records and strong library support.

License based foundation IP

VeriSilicon offers license based Foundation IP including specialized standard cells, memory compilers and IO cells. They are offered to address customization needs for feature driven SoCs, covering wide technology nodes from 0.18um to 10nm, including FD-SOI and FinFET.
