Sr. Director of Sales
Relevant Experience: Proven sales or business development experience in Silicon IP and SoC Design Services and/or in OEM systems industry.
This is a senior-level, position within the North America Sales Team that will focus on developing new businesses and manage existing business at OEM system and semiconductor companies in the North America market.
Qualified candidates must possess a strong ability to develop and build business engagements, comprehend and convey technical customer product requirements, have excellent customer management skills, and proven experience in negotiating and closing major business opportunities.
Candidates must be comfortable working across multi-national team environments.
At least 10 years of experience in Silicon IP and SoC Design Services.
At least 5 years of direct sales and business development experience.
Proven experience forecasting and achieving quarterly revenue goals.
Ability in structuring, negotiating, and closing contracts for IP and Design Services business.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Creative business thinking.
Knowledge of end-to-end chip SoC development methods is a strong plus.
Experience with consumer, industrial, or automotive programs a strong plus.

Office Administrator
We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive HR & Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day office operations while providing administrative support to the Human Resources function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a well-organized workplace and smooth HR processes, supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle and maintaining efficient office operations.
Full time.
Front desk and reception duties: screen phone calls and mails, greeting visitors, FedEx/post office shipping.
Order office supply/snacks/soft drinks and working lunch, etc.
Organize team building activities and decorate office for holidays.
Travel arrangement, including hotel booking, flights, airport transportation, and visa application.
Prepare monthly credit card expense report and provide receipts to finance team.
Main contact of vendor.
Update monthly Org chart.
Assist with hiring and other assigned task from HR Job posting, screen resumes, and coordinate virtual and on-site interviews.
Assist employee with stock document notary/apostille.
Other Ad hoc projects.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3-year related experience.
